Newtonmore v Glenurquhart - MacTavish Cup Semi-Final

Glen Mackintosh took his goal tally to the season to 11 on Saturday with two goals as the Blue and Whites booked their place in the RBS MacTavish Cup Final.  He is now the top scorer in this year's competition.  His efforts on the hour mark and the 85th along with a Drew MacDonald strike in the 70th minute were enough to overcome Glenurquhart who his a late consolation through Neale Reid.

Newtonmore had to shuffle the pack after defender Andy Mackintosh suffered an injury in the warm-up ahead of their cup semi final with the Glen.  Kenny Ross came in from the second team at full centre.  Rory Kennedy returned to defence and Steve MacDonald was moved to the centre of attack and the switches reinvigorated the Premier League Champions despite More being held 0-0 at half time.
